Refund policy

Before you make a purchase, please fall in love with the beautiful handmade piece.
We only offer exchanges, no refunds unless the item was damaged.

Exchanges can be made within 6 days of you receiving your order. 
Just send us an email regarding the piece.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
