Each jacket is crafted from traditional Kantha fabric, a time-honored textile technique originating in India.
Kantha is made by layering soft, repurposed cotton saris and hand-stitching them together in intricate running stitches, creating a fabric that is both lightweight and richly textured with history.
Embroidery is added using hand-guided machine techniques where artisans carefully steer the machine by hand, allowing for expressive, slightly irregular detailing that keeps every piece unique. This blend of traditional Kantha craftsmanship and human guided embroidery gives each jacket its own rhythm, texture, and story.
